Class Offerings

Introduction to Pole (L1)

Intro to Pole is designed to introduce students to the basics of pole dancing. In this class, you will learn fundamental pole moves, spins, and transitions. Students will also build strength and technique to prepare for climbing and inverting.

Beginner pole (l2)

Beginner Pole is a class intended for students who have some experience with basic pole moves. In this class, you will further develop pole  skills by learning more advanced spins, tricks, and combos.

Pole Aerial Tricks (L2+)

In this class, you'll learn a mesmerizing array of spins on the pole, taking your aerial skills to new heights—literally! Students will focus on Focus on grip strength and technique for secure aerial maneuvers, breathtaking spins and transitions between aerial poses.

Pole Conditioning

Pole dance conditioning is a workout that helps you to achieve the strength you need to continue working towards your goal moves. The more advanced the pole trick is, the more strength or flexibility it might need to look clean, graceful, and smooth.

Sensual flow

This pole dance class emphasizes fluid transitions, controlled movements, and seamless combinations. Integrate graceful floor-work to complement your pole routine. Learn seamless transitions between pole moves and floor elements for a captivating performance.

Sensual Exotic

In this class you will learn sultry movements to showcase your sexy lines and emphasizing the natural curves of your form. The class entails sensual transitions, leg extensions, pole spins, floor work, and enticing body rolls to seamlessly create a visually appealing routine.

Russian Exotic pole

Russian exotic pole style seamlessly blends elements from ballet, contemporary dance, strip plastic, and erotic dancing. This unique discipline incorporates graceful floor movements, acrobatic elements, and, of course, includes splits for added expression and versatility.

Erotic heels

Erotic Heels is focused on embracing sensual and confident aspects of pole. You will learn the foundations of floor work and various heel techniques for an empowering experience. This class is designed to accommodate all levels and tailored to individual needs and desires.

Open POle (no instructors)

This is a great time to work on your pole and/or aerial skills you have learned in class. There will be no warm up and no class instruction. No instructors are available either. Yo will be given a code to use our lockbox once you sign up.
