What DO I Bring to Class?



Water Bottle, yoga mat, and a positive attitude!

Cancellation Policy



You can cancel a class online 8 hours in advance and keep your class credit. For cancellations with less than 8 hours notice, your class will be forfeited. These policies are to ensure fairness and access to classes. Note that this class cancellation policy is strict

Late Policy



We have a 15 minute grace period when attending a class. This means If a student comes after the 15 minute after the class begins they will not be able to join and will not be refunded.

Is There an Age Requirement?



Students must be 18 years or older to attend class.

How do I sign up for a Class?



You must create an account through our website to ensure a spot in the class and must sign a  liability waiver and read our Terms & Conditions.

Do the Poles have a weight limit



No! We use Xpole pro the most advanced spinning & static mechanism in the world, X-LOCK, plus a minimized, sleeker upper dome, and you have the XPERT Pro and can take up 6 people on just one pole!

WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?



For pole class we recommend wearing a tank top and shorts - if you feel comfortable, shorts that expose the upper thighs work best. Please keep in mind too much fabric will cause you to slide off the pole.

For stretch and flexibility classes, you should wear leggings and top.

For Choreo and Flow classes, please wear heels or socks. (We recommend Pleaser or Hella Heals)
Street shoes are not permitted on the studio floors.
